Job Description / Responsibility
- Attending inbound and outbound calls solving customer issues
- Must have problem solving skills and follow timeline when assigned for task
- Managing live chat maintaining a typing speed of 30-50 wpm
- Able to follow order processing system from the back-end
- Willing to Work 6 hours per day in different shifts
- Undergraduate/Graduate from a Reputable University
- Females are encouraged to apply
- English medium background preferred or must be fluent in English
- 1 to 3 year(s)
- Age 20 to 30 year(s)
- Additional knowledge of CRM tools such as Zendesk, Zopim and IP Dialers for Calling tools
- Must have adequate skills in MS Office
- Must have clear tone proficiency in Bengali for live calls and complete fluency in English ,both Writing and Speaking.
